MOORE, Charles McNeely 'Neely'    Dec. 17, 1851 - Feb. 9, 1914    Son of James Moore & Jane Finley. MO Death Cert.#5840. Informant was son, Charles Moore.    "Hon. Charles McNeely (Neely) MOORE died of pneumonia Monday morning at his home. Funeral Tuesday afternoon at Presbyterian church, conducted by pastor E.C. LPER, aided by the Revs. FOARD, SETON, and ROGERS. He belonged to the Rebakahs and Odd Fellows. He was 63 last 17 Dec. Born in TN, he came to Ripley County in 1871. In 1882 he married Mrs. Parmelia CAPPS who, with four sons and one daughter, survive him. Also leaves one other daughter by previous marriage, Mrs. Eli DUDLEY. Fell and struck his head near the depot earlier that afternoon. Buried Oakridge on Monday with Rev. J.M. Alexander of the Presbyterian church officiating. "Would have been 63 in a month and half." Came from Tenn. Leaves wife and a son, Clint Murray. Also leaves two small grandchildren, Dewey and Clyde Crim, who lived with him.
