Years ago this cemetery was also referred to as the Holiness Cemetery because there was a Holiness church located next to the cemetery.

Directions: From Pocahontas take Hwy 115 to Maynard, turn right on Hwy 328 (East) and follow to Hwy 166. Follow Hwy 166 to the Ark-Mo State Line. At the state line the highway changes into Missouri Hwy A. Follow Hwy A about 2.2 miles to Ripley County Road A 5 and turn left (directly across the road from A 5 (to the right) will be Ripley County Rd A 6), proceed 2 miles on A 5 to Ripley County Road A 2, turn left and go 1.1 miles. The cemetery will be located on the right where a sign marks the cemetery entrance. The cemetery contains several unmarked graves. It was surveyed on 9 September 2006 by Lee & Betty Tucker. At that time the front part of the cemetery grounds had been cleaned and mowed and appeared to be in a fair condition.
